Refund Policy

At Bitronix Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality blockchain, AI, and custom technology solutions. We invest significant time, expertise, and resources from the moment a project is initiated.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing all payments made to Bitronix Technologies for any service, engagement, or deliverable. By making a payment or signing a project agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.


1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Bitronix Technologies are strictly non-refundable.

Once payment has been received and a project has been initiated - including discovery, planning, architecture, or any development activity - no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Change in business direction or strategy
  • Delays caused by the client
  • Client failure to provide required content, materials, credentials, or approvals
  • Client decision not to continue the project
  • Dissatisfaction after development has commenced
  • External market conditions, regulatory changes, or blockchain network factors
  • Third-party service failures outside our control

By making payment to Bitronix Technologies, the client unconditionally acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy.


2. Our Service Commitment

While payments are non-refundable, Bitronix Technologies guarantees that all services and deliverables agreed upon at the time of proposal, quotation, or signed agreement will be delivered in full.

Deliverables may include but are not limited to:

  • Custom blockchain development (public, private, or consortium networks)
  • Smart contract development and security audits
  • Decentralised application (dApp) development
  • Web3, DeFi, and tokenization platforms
  • AI automation systems and generative AI solutions
  • NFT marketplace development
  • Mobile and web application development
  • Source code (where included in the agreement)
  • Technical deployment and integration support
  • Bug fixing during the agreed maintenance and warranty period
  • Documentation and handover materials

If Bitronix Technologies is unable to deliver an agreed service due to reasons on our end, we will work with the client to find an appropriate resolution, which may include delivery through alternative approaches or credit toward future services.


3. Milestone-Based Payments

Most Bitronix Technologies engagements are structured around milestone-based payment schedules. Please note:

  • An upfront deposit is required before any work commences. This deposit is non-refundable.
  • Each milestone payment becomes non-refundable once that milestone has been initiated.
  • Final payments are due upon completion of the agreed deliverable, prior to final code or asset release.
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Non-payment of milestone invoices may result in a pause or termination of work. Any work completed up to that point will be invoiced and is payable in full.


4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials, access, and approvals in a timely manner. This includes:

  • Brand assets, content, and design references
  • Access to third-party accounts, APIs, and platforms
  • Timely feedback and approvals at each milestone
  • Accurate and complete project requirements

Any project delay caused by the client's failure to meet these responsibilities does not entitle the client to a refund, extension of the agreed timeline without additional cost, or reduction in payment obligations.


5. Project Cancellation

If the client decides to cancel the project after payment has been made:

  • The project will be considered voluntarily terminated by the client.
  • No refund will be issued for any amount already paid.
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and must be paid in full if not already covered by prior milestone payments.
  • Any completed modules, code, or deliverables may be shared with the client at the sole discretion of Bitronix Technologies, subject to full payment of all outstanding invoices.

6. Scope Changes and Additional Work

Any changes to the agreed project scope after work has commenced will be treated as a change request. Additional scope may result in:

  • Revised timelines
  • Additional fees
  • An updated statement of work signed by both parties

Requesting a scope change does not entitle the client to a refund on work already completed under the original scope.


7. Third-Party Services

Bitronix Technologies may recommend, integrate, or procure third-party tools, APIs, cloud infrastructure, blockchain networks, payment gateways, or external platforms as part of a project. Please note:

  • Fees charged by third-party providers are separate from Bitronix Technologies' service fees and are governed by the respective provider's own terms and refund policy.
  • Bitronix Technologies has no control over third-party pricing, availability, or refund decisions.
  • Any amounts paid directly to third parties are non-refundable by Bitronix Technologies.

8. Blockchain & Technology Disclaimer

Blockchain, smart contract, and AI technologies carry inherent technical and regulatory risks. Bitronix Technologies provides technical development services as instructed by the client and is not responsible for:

  • The legal or regulatory status of any token, smart contract, or protocol in the client's jurisdiction
  • Losses resulting from market volatility, protocol exploits, or third-party network failures
  • Regulatory action taken against the client's product or business

These factors do not constitute grounds for a refund.


9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding services delivered, the client must notify Bitronix Technologies in writing at info@bitronix.ai within 7 days of the relevant milestone delivery.

Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration under applicable law.

Raising a dispute does not suspend the client's obligation to pay outstanding invoices.


10. Agreement Acceptance

By making any payment to Bitronix Technologies or commencing a project engagement with us, the client confirms that they have:

  • Read and understood this Refund Policy in full
  • Agreed to the No Refund condition without reservation
  • Accepted all terms outlined in this policy and any accompanying service agreement
