Challenge
Energy markets demand sub-minute visibility during scarcity events, but settlement cannot stall when a single region drops - the architecture had to survive partial partitions without double-spending capacity credits.
Approach
We built validator sets across three geographies on an EVM-compatible stack with redundant RPC, automated failover for sequencers, and queue-based bridge inflows for legacy SCADA-adjacent systems. Load tests simulated correlated outages; runbooks covered controlled degradation modes.
Outcome
A production trading platform sustaining 99.98% uptime across the three reference regions with documented incident playbooks and benchmark evidence for regulatory and internal risk review.
